First Time Home Buyer Workshop
A comprehensive course developed to prepare buyer for the purchase process. Subjects include Home Inspection, How to Choose a Realtor/Lender, Homeowners Insurance, Closing Costs and more. This course also satisfies the educational requirements for the Palm Beach County Purchase Assistance Program.
Through the PBC Purchase Assistance Program First Time Home Buyers can
receive up to $75,000.00 toward the purchase of ANY Palm Beach County Home.
This grant requires no payment for as long as you live in the residence!
