At Real Estate, Education And Community Housing, Inc. we have been providing area residents comprehensive workshops designed to motivate them to Reach For, Achieve and Sustain the ream of home ownership.
In 2007 alone, 79 families attended the courses offered by R.E.A.C.H. While preparing the families for homeownership, the R.E.A.C.H. programs also helped them meet the educational criteria necessary to qualify for grant assistance. In total, over 3.9 million dollars in grant assistance was awarded to graduates of the R.E.A.C.H. First Time Home Buyer Program!

The How To's of the HAFA Short Sale Program(HAFA)
Do you currently owe more on your property than what it's worth?
You may be able to walk away from your property without having a foreclosure on your record, and without owing the bank anything.
